Account Executive (Accounting)

Treeland Hotels & Resorts is hiring an experienced Accountant to handle daily accounting operations including cash and bank entries, hotel revenue from rooms, banquets and F&B, vendor bills, payments and GST compliance. The role requires good knowledge of Tally, Excel and statutory filings. Hotel or hospitality accounting experience is preferred. 2–5 years experience. Salary as per industry standards

• Key Responsibilities🔹 Accounting & FinanceMaintain daily books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Ledger)
• Record hotel revenue from rooms, banquets, F&B, events
• Handle purchase entries, expense entries, and journal vouchers
• Manage vendor bills, payments, and reconciliations
• 🔹 GST & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Ensure proper GST treatment for rooms, banquets, food & services
• Coordinate with CA for audits, TDS, and statutory compliance
• 🔹 Hotel Operations AccountingDaily revenue reconciliation with front office & sales
• Track banquet bookings, advance receipts, and settlements
• Maintain POs, agreements, and vendor contracts
• Inventory accounting for hotel supplies & stores
• 🔹 ReportingPrepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
• Cash flow management and expense control
• Support management with financial insights
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–5 years of experience (hotel / resort / hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and hotel accounting
• Experience with Tally / Excel
• Good understanding of hotel revenue streams
• High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
