Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with mandatory experience in Marg Accounting Software to manage daily accounting and financial operations in a pharmaceutical C&F and distribution environment. The candidate will be responsible for accurate accounting entries, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Marg Software
• Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and expense vouchers
• Manage debtor and creditor ledgers
• Perform bank reconciliation statements regularly
• Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Manage TDS entries and returns
• Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
• Maintain stock and inventory accounting as per Marg reports
• Assist in payroll, PF, and ESI entries
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports

Requirements:-

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts
• Marg Software experience is compulsory
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Experience in pharma C&F / distribution will be an added advantage
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills
• Skills RequiredAccuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to handle high-volume transactions
• Team coordination and communication skills
