Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who is proficient in TallyPrime, E-Way Bill processing, and Advanced MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, billing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills for dispatch and logistics
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and stock records
• Maintain GST records and assist in return filing
• Use Advanced Excel for reports, data analysis, MIS, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for smooth operations
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TallyPrime
• Experience with E-Way Bill portal
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP,)
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation
• Good communication and organizational skill
