Accountant

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all daily transactions (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payment) independently in Tally Prime.
• Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST (GSTR-1, 3B) and reconciliation of ITC (GSTR-2B). Handle TDS/TCS calculations, payments, and quarterly returns.
• Invoicing & Billing: Generate GST-compliant Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices for machinery (Hyundai/Fiori) and spare parts.
• Banking & BG Management: Perform daily Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and manage Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and loan documentation.
• Payroll & Salary: Prepare monthly Salary Sheets as per new wage rules, including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) deductions.
• Payment Management: Oversee vendor payments, verify sales team expense reimbursements, and manage petty cash.
• Receivables: Track outstanding payments and conduct regular follow-ups with customers for timely collection.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate stock records (Tally vs. Physical) and prepare monthly MIS reports for management.

Key Requirements:

• Software: Expert in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST portal operations and banking instruments.
