Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.)
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Maintain ledgers and financial records accurately
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Prepare monthly/annual financial reports
- Assist management with budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally/busy / Excel / Accounting software
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation rules
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
