Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

·      1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

·      Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

·      Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·      Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate will be an advantage.
