Accountant

Job Title: AccountantJob Type: Full-time

Job Description:We are looking for an Accountant to handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

• Key Responsibilities:Bills entry and maintenance of purchase and sales records
• Prepare and record payment vouchers
• Maintain and track outstanding reports (payables and receivables)
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
• Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in bills entry and payment voucher preparation
• Ability to generate and analyze outstanding reports
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple formulas, reports)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
