Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage all daily financial transactions and statutory filings. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books using Tally and Busy software, managing GST/TDS compliance, and providing regular financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting

• Bookkeeping: Daily entry of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally/Busy.
• Bank Reconciliation: Monthly reconciliation of bank statements to ensure book accuracy.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Tracking outstanding payments from clients and managing vendor payments.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• GST Management: Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and generating E-way bills.
• TDS/TCS: Calculating TDS on payments and ensuring timely deposit and return filing.
• Audit Preparation: Preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) for year-end audits.

3. Reporting & Inventory

• MIS Reports: Preparing weekly/monthly cash flow and expense reports.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and physical verification against software records.
