Accountant

Job Summary:

Shanti Ved & Associates LLP, a Chartered Accountant firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to manage client coordination and execute accounting and statutory compliance work. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients
• Manage GST compliance, including:
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• GST reconciliation and working
• Ensure TDS compliance, including:
• TDS calculation, return filing, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation
• Assist in audit and assessment-related work
• Handle routine office and administrative tasks
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and statutory deadlines

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and TDS
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of Income Tax and compliance procedures

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Compensation:
