Accountant

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulations

Proficiency in using accounting software like tally and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel)

Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to the transport industry

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with ERP systems and financial modules

1.Process and reconcile daily financial, including invoices, payments, and receipts.

2.Verify and record daily revenue and expense data accurately in the accounting system.

3.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances and resolve any discrepancies.

4.Respond to internal and external inquiries related to financials, invoices, and payment status.

5.Debtor & Creditor Balances

6. Cost analysis of all products

7. Bank Reconciliation :Reconcile all bank statement to the acconuting records.

8. To enter all Transactions into the software

9. To make payments To vendors.

10 To provide all the necessary documents who so ever required.
