Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (ERP / Prime)
- Handle GST compliance:
- GST registration, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Reconciliation of GST data
- Manage sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Maintain ledger accounts, trial balance, and balance sheet
- Prepare monthly & yearly financial reports
- Handle TDS entries and returns
- Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers
- Coordinate with CA / auditors for audits and filings
- Monitor outstanding payments & receivables
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and tax regulations
