📢 Job Description – Accounts ExecutivePosition: Accounts Executive

Location: Jaipur (VKI Area)

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Gender: male /Female

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting records and entries
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Bank reconciliation and cash handling
• Assist in monthly & yearly financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Coordinate with auditors when required
• 🔹 Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in Tally / Busy / ERP software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of GST & taxation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• 🔹 Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Degree
