Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Handle export accounting and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify export billing documents including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- LC & Non-LC documents
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and exporters.
- Manage GST, LUT, refund, and export-related compliance.
- Handle foreign currency transactions, bank reconciliation, and export realization.
- Maintain accounts payable & receivable related to export parties.
- Assist in audit, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with export regulations.
- Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of export billing & documentation.
- Experience in export firm accounting is mandatory.
- Knowledge of GST, customs procedures, and RBI export norms.
- Proficiency in Tally / accounting software & MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and deadline management.
- Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an export-oriented company is highly preferred.
