Qualifications:

1. ResponsibilitiesssDesign and Development:

• Design new machinery and components using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Modify existing designs to improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for manufacturing.

1. Prototyping and Testing:

• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.
• Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure machinery meets safety and performance standards.

1. Project Management:

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with other departments (manufacturing, procurement, quality) to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
• Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals and maintenance guides.

1. Problem Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot design issues during the manufacturing process.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve design flaws or production challenges.

• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality requirements.
