Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders.

Bank Reconciliation & Payments:

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor vendor payments and handle accounts payable/receivable.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing of returns.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Support management in preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.

Audit Support:

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.

Payroll Processing:

• Assist in payroll preparation, including statutory deductions and employee reimbursements.
