Accounts Executive

• Maintain sales and purchase billing in accounting software (Tally) accurately and on time.

• Record and update all sale and purchase entries in Tally, ensuring proper documentation and GST compliance.

• Handle banking activities including cheque deposits, online payments, bank reconciliation, and maintaining bank records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, track outstanding balances from dealers/distributors, and follow up when required.

• Prepare and maintain GST records, invoices, and other statutory documents related to fertilizer and pesticide sales.

• Maintain stock and purchase records in coordination with the warehouse and sales team.

• Assist in monthly financial reports, expense tracking, and account reconciliation.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records for audit and compliance.
