Admin And Purchase Manager

1. Sales and lead management - Distributing incoming leads to the sales team

2. Purchase and Inventory management - Plan and ensure timely purchase of raw material (resin, flowers , finding, packaging etc.). Vendor coordination and basic price negotiation.

3. Production team management - Ensure production team works efficiently and meets daily/ weekly targets. Monitor work discipline, time management and wastage control. Coordinate between design, production and finishing teams.

4. Hiring and team coordination - Assist in hiring production staff and sales team when required.

5. Daily operations and reporting - Daily work planning and task allocation. Reporting to owner/ management about production and issues. Ensure smooth day to day operations without dependency.
