Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable courses, career paths, and university options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling, to generate and convert admission inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Guide students through the complete admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective communication strategies and improve enrollment numbers.
• Address queries related to courses, eligibility, fee structures, and admission procedures in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to persuade and build trust with students and parents.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
