Admission Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day admission and counseling activities, including providing excellent customer service, conducting sales and marketing activities, and educating potential students about the available courses and programs offered by AREESE. The role also requires assisting students and their parents with admissions-related queries and maintaining good relationships with them.

Qualifications

• The candidate should possess knowledge of various competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, and other competitive exams relevant to students in grades 9 to 12th.
• The Candidate should demonstrate the ability to interact with customers in a calm, empathetic, and patient manner, coupled with strong sales persuasion skills.
• Responsibilities include contributing to revenue generation by achieving sales targets, promoting and selling the company's exclusive range of educational courses to existing and prospective students and parents through personal counseling, telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• The candidate should ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards, as well as timely collection of outstanding fees from parents.
• Proficiency in phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi language.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, internet usage, and familiarity with various social media platforms..
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is advantageous.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Provide sales support by preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and identifying potential leads.
• Guide prospects on NEET, JEE, Boards, foundation programs; match profiles to courses; follow up until admission.
• Handle calls, walk-ins, and marketing leads (inbound/outbound).
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission data using CRM tools such as Excel.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve sales processes and achieve sales targets.
