Job Description
This role is a dynamic hybrid of proactive business development and educational/consultative guidance. As a Field Sales Executive cum Counsellor, you aren't just selling a product; you are acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients (often students or professionals) navigate their choices while driving revenue growth through direct outreach.
## Role OverviewThe Field Sales Executive cum Counsellor is responsible for identifying potential leads, meeting them in person (field visits), and converting those leads through deep-dive counseling sessions. You will be the face of the brand, balancing the "hustle" of sales with the "empathy" of counseling.
- ### Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Cold Outreach: Actively scout for new leads through field activities, events, seminars, and networking.
- One-on-One Counseling: Understand the specific pain points, aspirations, and requirements of the client to recommend the best-fit solution or course.
- Field Presentations: Visit schools, colleges, or corporate offices to conduct group presentations or "desk-to-desk" marketing.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule via calls and meetings to ensure high conversion rates from lead to enrollment/sale.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term rapport with stakeholders (parents, HR heads, or institutional leads) to ensure referrals and brand loyalty.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from the field regarding competitor pricing, customer objections, and new market trends.
