Job Description
- Assist doctors during patient examination and procedures in OPD.
- Record vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SpO2, Weight, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation of patient records and OPD registers.
- Prepare and maintain dressing trays, instruments, and minor procedure sets.
- Administer injections, IV fluids, and medications as prescribed.
- Provide wound dressing and basic nursing care.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of OPD rooms.
- Guide patients regarding investigations, follow-ups, and instructions.
- Maintain stock of medicines and consumables in OPD.
- Follow infection control and biomedical waste management protocols.
