Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The Application Lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication to align objectives and expectations. By managing priorities and resources effectively, the role ensures that application goals are met with quality and timeliness, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles related to Workday Recruiting.
- Experience in managing and leading application development teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional collaboration within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
