Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. Your role will require you to communicate effectively, diagnose client issues accurately, and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate solutions, all while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills. Must have Skills Strong experience in Windows system administration. o Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers. o Manage user accounts, permissions, file systems, and services. o Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning. o Apply OS patches, updates, and security hardening. o Troubleshoot system, application, and network-related issues. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewalls). Experience with scripting (PowerShell). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools. Good to Have Skills Azure Storage ,Backup and Networking Experience in hybrid cloud environments. Automation & DevOps Support Understanding of IIS and FTP configuration and troubleshooting. Collaboration & Support o Work with application, DevOps, and security teams. o Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotations. o Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
