Architectural 3D Visualizer

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing and realistic 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives that showcase the project's aesthetic and functionality.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project goals and requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance visualizations.

Education:

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drawings and their integration into 3D visualizations.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

Communication:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
