Job Description

❄ Build a team of Business Partners (preferably with banking knowledge or experience) through your own network. Train and manage these Business Partners effectively.

❄ Each Business Partner will be responsible for appointing and developing a team of insurance agents or advisors.

❄ Business Partners receive a stipend and performance-based incentives, while agents or advisors earn commissions from the company.

❄ Drive sales and achieve business targets through the team.

❄ Monitor advisor performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.

❄ Conduct regular training, joint field work, and mentoring to develop team capability.

❄ Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and documentation.

❄ Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

❄ Generate leads through various marketing activities and convert them into business.
