Area Sales Manager

he Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales performance in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of primary and secondary sales targets, and strengthening the company’s market presence in Jaipur.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
2. Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies.
3. Monitor field activities and ensure regular market coverage.
4. Conduct joint field work and review performance regularly.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and key accounts.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable feedback.
7. Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and data submission.
8. Eligibility CriteriaGraduate (B.Sc., B.Pharm, or any graduate; MBA preferred).
9. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical sales.
10. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
12. Good market knowledge of Jaipur region.
