Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Tile Adhesives and other construction Chemicals . Develop and execute territory sales plans. Increase secondary sales through dealers and retailers. Monitor competitor activities and pricing.

2. Channel Development-Appoint and manage distributors and dealers. Ensure healthy inventory levels across the channel. Conduct regular dealer visits and market audits.Expand retail reach in urban and semi-urban markets.

3. Influencer & Project Sales Develop relationships with Contractors Tile installers (Mistris)Builders & Developers Architects Generate project leads and ensure product approvals in new projects.

4. Market Intelligence Track competitor schemes, pricing, and promotional activities. Provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.

5. Branding & Promotions Conduct product demonstrations and site trials. Organize dealer meets and promotional campaigns.Ensure visibility materials (boards, posters, displays) are implemented.

6. Collection & Credit Control Monitor outstanding payments. Ensure timely collection from distributors. Maintain healthy receivable cycles.
