Job Overview:


The Area Sales Manager position at SolidEdge Industries is a mid-level role, located in Jaipur

focusing on expanding our reach and fostering client relationships. This full-time position is ideal for

candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales environments. The

successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and achieving targets in their

assigned territory.


Qualifications and Skills:


 Field sales experience with proven ability to manage sales processes effectively and close deals.

 Superior communication skills, enabling clear and effective dialogues with clients and

stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)

 Strong negotiation skills, capable of yielding mutually beneficial agreements. (Mandatory skill)

 Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

 Strong presentation skills to communicate product benefits and specifications to diverse

audiences.

 Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

 Experience with sales tools and CRM software for tracking progress and outcomes.

 Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and devise sales strategies.

 Strong knowledge of the furniture and modular industry (especially PVC Edge Band, laminates, or panel products).


Roles and Responsibilities:


 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration in the assigned

territory.

 Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with

existing clients.

 Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

 Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth within the market.

 Analyze sales data to implement improvements in approach and reporting on outcomes.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business objectives.

 Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.

 Regularly update CRM systems to reflect current opportunities, leads, and customer

interactions.
