Position: Asset Disposal Manager

Location : Jaipur , Bhilwara

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Identification & Valuation

• Inspect and assess non-performing or repossessed assetssuch as residential/commercial properties, land parcels, and equipment.
• Determine fair market value and recovery estimates using valuation models and regional trends.

2. Strategic Disposal Planning

• Devise and operationalize disposal strategies tailored to asset type (e.g., auctions, private sales, SARFAESI-led enforcement).
• Collaborate with legal teams, valuers, real estate agents, and auction partners to finalize and execute disposal roadmaps.

3. Auction Execution & Management

• Coordinate all auction phases—announcements, bidder registration, bidding process, bid evaluation, DRT calendar coordination (if applicable), and post-sale documentation.
• Ensure absolute compliance with regulatory and company policies during auction and transfer procedures.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage interactions with RBI/NHB-appointed officers, local authorities, legal counsel, branch heads, and external service providers.
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments throughout disposal lifecycle.

5. Documentation & Compliance Management

• Prepare and maintain asset disposal documentation, including notice boards, sale agreements, transfer deeds, EMD tracking, and auction logs.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of records to internal audit and regulatory bodies.

6. Performance Metrics & Reporting

• Track and analyze KPIs such as disposal volume, recovery ratio, disposal cycle time, and legal cost efficiency.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and insights to senior management for strategic improvements.
• Experience: 5–8 years in asset recovery, loan restructuring, auction management, or non-performing asset disposal—preferably within NBFCs, housing finance firms, or banks.
