Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Commercial Leasing and Lending (CLL)!
Employee will be responsible to carry out the production at process level in an utmost efficient manner adhering to all the process level protocols

Responsibilities
•    Review and Approve the Collateral updates in sub ledger
•    Review and Approve Loan Disbursements for Bilateral & Syndicated Deals
•    Approving settlements with Investors/Syndications
•    Responsible for approving all two-touch transactions i.e., Reversals, Rate change etc.
•    Following up with Risk/Customer/Agent for timely clearance of pending items
•    Ensuring all the cash activities in sub ledger are in sync with bank activities
•    Analyze and Monitor various Metrics reports to control income and reporting leakages
•    Handling on floor queries from Loan Analyst and provide assistance
•    Plan and manage all the daily activities to meet the process Service level agreements
•    Ensuring adherence to standard operating guidelines to meet regulatory framework
•    Maintain relationship and collaborate with various functions in operations
•    Train and groom team members on new products

Minimum qualifications
•    Relevant years of experience in a key role in the company.
•    Postgraduate/ Graduate
•    Good communication and inter-personal skills
•    Good knowledge of Banking Financial Services
•    Enthusiastic team approach and good time management skills
Preferred skills 
•    Competency in Finance/Accounting
•    Good Comprehension skills
•    Good Analytical/Reasoning skills
•    Ability to read, Interpret and analyze legal language
•    Good in Calculation.
•    Ability to lead and train staff
•    Advanced in Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
•    Detail Oriented
•    Deadline driven and strong multi-tasking skills
•    High level of professionalism
