Job Description

Role Overview:

The Assistant Supply Chain Manager will support and strengthen end-to-end supply chain

operations at the Silver Jewellery manufacturing facility in Jaipur, ensuring process

compliance, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including Inbound, Serialization, and

Outbound processes

 Ensure 100% compliance with GRN, inventory movements, and ERP/system

transactions

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet operational, quality, and SLA

requirements

 Monitor and control inventory accuracy, ageing, and reconciliation

 Track, analyze, and publish daily and weekly MIS and KPIs (TAT, productivity,

inventory accuracy)

 Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor

 Act as a key interface between operations, Quality, ERP/Tech teams, and vendors

Eligibility

 Graduate (any discipline)

 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility-level supply chain operations

Required Skills

 Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations

 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory reconciliation

 Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for MIS, tracking, and data analysis

 Strong problem-solving, coordination, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced

environment
