B.SC Nusring Tutor

The Nursing Tutor will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nurses by providing high-quality education and mentorship. You will utilize your clinical expertise and pedagogical skills to prepare students for their careers in healthcare. This role involves both classroom instruction and hands-on training in clinical settings.

Nursing Tutor Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on various nursing subjects.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical skills.
• Mentor and provide individualized support to nursing students.
• Develop, update, and implement curricula and instructional resources.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to arrange and supervise students' clinical placements.
• Ensure that educational practices adhere to institutional and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in the nursing field to keep course content updated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.SC Nursing.
• Active nursing license.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in a nursing or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
