We are looking for a detail-oriented Backoffice Executive to support our operations team. The role involves handling data entry, managing CRM records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update CRM and internal databases
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for backend support
• Generate and manage reports, invoices, and documentation
• Assist in order processing and client communication (non-verbal)
• Ensure data accuracy and timely task execution

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in back-office or admin roles
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written communication skills
