Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage critical administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling MIS, verifying loan file eligibility, interacting with customers, assessing CIBIL scores, and preparing loan documentation. This position is pivotal in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our loan processing workflow.



Key Responsibilities

  1. MIS (Management Information Systems)
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to track loan application statuses and team performance.
  • Maintain accurate data records in Excel/ERP systems.
  • Analyse trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
  1. File Eligibility Verification
  • Review loan applications and documents (e.g., income proofs, KYC) for completeness and compliance.
  • Validate eligibility criteria as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Flag discrepancies and coordinate with sales/underwriting teams for resolution.
  1. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email regarding loan status, documentation, or process.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  1. CIBIL Score Evaluation
  • Assess applicants’ creditworthiness by analysing CIBIL scores and credit histories.
  • Collaborate with credit analysts to determine risk levels and loan approval feasibility.
  1. Loan File Preparation
  • Compile and organise loan files with all required documentation (e.g., agreements, collateral details).
  • Ensure files are audit-ready and adhere to internal/external compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with legal, underwriting, and disbursement teams for timely processing.
