Back Office Executive

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting daily operations, data management, documentation, coordination between departments, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain records, files, and databases.
• Handle data entry, updating client/project information in software or Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, accounts, and operations for task updates.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, invoices, quotations, and other documentation.
• Assist in administrative duties like scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and following up on tasks.
• Manage communication between office and field staff.
• Support HR and finance teams with documentation and filing work.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all company data.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or CRM software is an added advantage.
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, admin, or data management role.
