Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate & Partner ManagementManage and support the affiliate project operations
- Coordinate with DSA, affiliates, and business partners
- Maintain partner records, onboarding data, and follow-ups
- Resolve partner queries and provide backend support
- Back Office & Computer WorkHandle daily computer operations (Excel, email, CRM/panels)
- Maintain data entries, MIS, and documentation
- Update dashboards, affiliate reports, and performance sheets
- Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track affiliate performance, leads, and conversions
- Maintain proper records of payments, commissions, and payouts
- Network Growth SupportAssist in partner onboarding processes
- Support team in expanding affiliate and partner network
- Coordinate with sales and operations team for smooth execution
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, Internet
- Basic understanding of affiliate / partner-based projects (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and reports
