Job Description
We are looking for a smart and dynamic female candidate for back office operations in our solar company.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Client follow-up regarding orders and ongoing projects
Preparing quotations in MS Word & Excel
Managing daily office work and documentation
Handling printouts and basic computer operations
Coordinating with team and clients
Taking initiative and making basic decisions independently
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Responsible, organized, and proactive attitude
