The ideal candidate must possess a strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset to handle international clients and manage product listings on platforms like Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management: Creating and optimizing high-quality product listings on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and the company website.
• Customer Engagement: Managing all customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high rating through a customer-oriented mindset.
• Order Processing: Monitoring incoming orders, coordinating with the shipping team, and updating tracking information.
• Inventory Updates: Ensuring stock levels are accurately reflected across all online platforms and websites.
• Sales Growth: Implementing basic SEO strategies for listings to improve visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Communication: Fluent in English (Written & Verbal) is mandatory for handling international customers.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Etsy, eBay, and Amazon Seller Centrals.
