BPO Telecaller

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating leads for business growth. The candidate will play a key role in customer engagement and conversion through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Vehicle Loan)
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for field sales team
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationship
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Coordinate with sales team for lead closure

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
• Prior BFSI / Telecalling experience preferred
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Target-oriented approach
