Branch Manager

Job Title: Branch Manager – Vehicle Loan

The Branch Manager will be responsible for handling overall branch operations, generating vehicle loan business, managing dealers and brokers, achieving disbursement targets, and leading the branch team. The role includes file processing, compliance, coordination with financers, and ensuring timely disbursement and payouts. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for team performance, discipline, MIS reporting, and business growth of the branch.

• Business Development & SalesGenerate vehicle loan business through DSAs, dealers, brokers, and direct customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, brokers, and financers
• Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly disbursement targets
• Identify new market opportunities and expand branch business
• Monitor lead generation, login, sanction, and disbursement ratios
• Ensure all loan files are processed as per financer and company guidelines
• Monitor document collection, PDD, and compliance
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and accounts teams
• Ensure timely submission of files and follow-up for disbursements
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of vehicle loan products (New & Used Car Loans)
• Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, and Financers
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM, lender portals)

Experience: 3–6 years in vehicle loan / NBFC / DSA
