Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Home Loan & Mortgage Loan business at the Sanganer branch. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling capability, business sourcing expertise, and deep knowledge of secured lending products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Home Loan & Mortgage Loan business through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for the branch

Build, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers

Ensure process adherence, credit policy compliance, and documentation accuracy

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners

Monitor branch performance, MIS, and pipeline on a daily basis

Ensure collection coordination and portfolio quality

Maintain discipline, productivity, and professional conduct at the branch level

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage Loans

Prior experience in NBFC / HFC / Bank preferred

Strong knowledge of secured loan products, credit evaluation, and local market

Proven experience in team handling and branch-level business growth

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills Local market knowledge of Jaipur (Sanganer area preferred)

Ability to build strong sourcing channels

Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
