Position Overview :We seek a highly accountable and performance-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, customer relationship management, team leadership, operational excellence, and compliance. Strong experience in branch administration, sales management, customer handling, and team coordination is essential. Candidates with experience in the relevant industry will be preferred.

• Develop and execute branch-level business growth strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities across customer segments.
• Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely conversion.
• Branch Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
• Ensure smooth operations, workflow management, and timely service delivery.
• Manage branch expenses and ensure adherence to operational budgets.
• Coordinate with central teams for process updates and compliance.
• Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure high-quality customer service and experience.
• Handle escalations, resolve queries, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Team Management & People DevelopmentLead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Identify skill gaps and support employee development plans.
• Ensure staffing levels and manage workforce scheduling.
• Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to company policies, statutory guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Minimize branch-level risks and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Reporting & MISPrepare and maintain branch performance reports and dashboards.
• Track productivity, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
• Present weekly/monthly updates to senior management.
