Job Title: Branch Manager – RCU & FCU OperationsDepartment: Risk Control Unit (RCU) / Field Control Unit (FCU)Location: [Branch Location]Employment Type: Full TimeJob Purpose:To manage and oversee RCU & FCU branch operations, ensure smooth coordination with banks/NBFCs, monitor field teams, maintain quality checks, and achieve operational targets as per client guidelines.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Branch OperationsManage day-to-day branch activities related to RCU & FCU cases.
• Ensure timely allocation, follow-up, and closure of cases.
• Maintain MIS & daily reporting to Head Office and clients.
• Ensure SLA/TAT compliance for all cases.
• 2. Team ManagementHandle field executive/sampler allocation as per area and workload.
• Training & guiding field staff on client requirements and procedures.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and quality of reports.
• 3. Client CoordinationCoordination with bank/NBFC officials for case requirements and feedback.
• Resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend review meetings or audits when required.
• 4. Quality & ComplianceMaintain accuracy in RCU/FCU reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
• Conduct random checks and quality audits of field reports.
• Take corrective actions in case of discrepancy or misconduct.
• 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily MIS reports, visit tracker, allocation sheets & attendance.
• Submit weekly/monthly performance review to HO/client.
• Manage documents, ID cards, field kit, and case papers safely.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Management).
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in RCU/FCU/banking sector.
• Strong leadership & team handling skills.
• Good communication & coordination ability.
• Knowledge of MS Excel / Email & reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure & achieve targets.
