Branch Manager

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our Jaipur office. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, achieving business targets, handling customer queries , follow up and ensuring smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations
• Lead and supervise the team
• Achieve sales and business targets
• Handle customer queries and maintain relationships
• Coordinate with head office and submit reports
• Well-groomed appearance and formal dressing

Requirements :

• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Real Estate Sales Target Achievement and Team Management
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)

Manager will be provided with:

• Sales and management training will be provided daily during the early stage of joining.

• CRM software training.

• Sales project training will be provided in the office by builder professionals from time to time.

• Support will be provided for each deal closure

•Good ,Professional and very hygienic working environment will be provided.

Salary & Promotion: As per experience + incentives.
