Business Analyst

Role Overview

1. 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Develop automated reports and dynamic dashboards using a variety of BI tools and Google Sheets.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to support decision-making processes.

2. 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.
• Gain insights into challenges faced by different departments and provide analytical solutions to enhance program outcomes.

3. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬:

• Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to identify trends, statistical KPIs, and correlations.
• Generate valuable insights that support informed decision-making for stakeholders.

4. 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬:

• Lead the design and execution of analytical initiatives, employing advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Provide statistical insights to guide strategic decisions and improve business processes.

5. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:

• Lead data productization efforts to ensure end-to-end automation of data processes.
• Implement models to enhance Sales Funnel effectiveness, identifying up-selling opportunities and optimizing sales strategies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• 3+ years related analytical field experience.
• 2-3 years of experience with SQL
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data
• visualization as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik Sense.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Well-versed in the functionalities, features, and capabilities of Sales CRM systems.
