Business Analyst

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team a bridge and infrastructure construction company. The role is focused on streamlining reporting, improving visibility, and bringing data-driven decision-making across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain reporting dashboards for project progress, site expenses, material movement, and vendor payments.
• Consolidate data from multiple sites and teams into a single reporting framework.
• Perform cost and variance analysis to identify leakages and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the management team to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Help automate reports and maintain clean, auditable datasets in Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, formulas, macros preferred).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort handling large data sets.
• Experience with construction, contracting, or project-based businesses is a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
