Business Analyst / BDM – Market & Growth Insights

Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst / Business Development Manager (BDM) who brings strong market insights, client feedback, and growth ideas, along with hands-on understanding of the automobile industry and dealership operations, to improve product positioning and adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how automobile dealerships work and can convert industry data and insights into actionable growth strategies for ERP products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor insights, and dealership-level data
• Gather sales team and automobile dealership client feedback
• Identify new use-cases, process gaps, and growth opportunities within automobile dealerships
• Analyze dealership workflows, performance metrics, and operational challenges
• Prepare insight summaries, reports, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and sales teams to align solutions with market needs

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / ERP / Business Analysis / Business Development
• Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, especially automobile dealerships
• Ability to analyze dealership data, trends, and performance metrics
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, or market analysis
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to convert industry insights into business and product recommendations
