Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. -SAP BW ADI Team - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives. - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. -Responsible for requirements gathering from client and solution designing -Responsible for solutioning critical production issues and performance bottlenecks -Establishing bridge b/w BW Vs SF for Reports migration and designing of new SF views -As a scrum master: Planning product features based on criticality/complexity and engaging the right team members for driving the change - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Ability to design and implement data models that meet business requirements. - Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics platforms. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
