Job DescriptionWe are a commercial real estate brokerage working with coworking & managed office spaces.

We are looking for a B2B outbound caller who can speak to company decision-makers and generate office space requirements.

This job is lead generation & follow-up, not closing.

  • Work ResponsibilitiesOutbound calls to companies / businesses
  • Speak with HR, Admin, Founders, Office Managers
  • Understand office space requirement (team size, budget, location, timeline)
  • Share basic options & book meetings / site visits
  • Do regular follow-ups
  • Update daily call details
  • Who Can ApplyExperience in sales / telecalling / B2B calling (minimum 6 months)
  • Commercial real estate / corporate sales experience preferred
  • English speaking mandatory
  • Comfortable with targets & incentives
  • Able to work independently from home
