Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, playing a key role in promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Provide information about products/services and clarify doubts.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Key Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer objections politely and effectively.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
